Shipping and Delivery Information

At Erinn V Maison we aim to deliver your merchandise with excellent service and flexibility, every time. Your furniture and select-non furniture items, will be delivered by experienced white glove delivery service providers with low flat rates based on your area — Local, National, Extended or Alaska/Hawaii. We also provide Standard Shipping for smaller items. Most of our furniture items will be delivered inside your home by experienced white glove delivery providers, where we’ll carefully unpack and inspect each item, place it in your room of choice, and provide assembly and remove any packing material.

We ask that you inspect your purchases and provide a signature upon receipt. When ordering, please remember to provide a daytime number to arrange delivery.

US

We ship most US orders to arrive via UPS or Fed Ex in 3-7 business days. Stocked furniture will be delivered in 1-2 weeks in most metropolitan areas. Custom orders will arrive in 60 days in most metropolitan areas. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday; weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded.

Alaska & Hawaii

Most items shipped to AK and HI are delivered via USPS. Some oversized or heavy items shipped outside the US will require special handling. Please call us for details.

APO/FPO/PO Boxes

Please call us to place an order for APO or FPO addresses; unfortunately, we cannot process these orders online. Oversized items and items that ship directly from our vendors cannot be shipped to PO boxes. Rush delivery is not available.

Canada

All items ship from the US. All prices shown are in US dollars.

An additional charge will be applied to your order confirmation noting all applicable combined federal and provincial sales tax rates based upon the location to which the order is being shipped. All provinces except British Columbia, Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland have 5% GST (Goods & Services Tax) added to all orders. The following provinces have PST (Provincial Sales Tax) added to all orders: Saskatchewan (5% PST), Manitoba (7% PST) and Prince Edward Island (10% PST). British Columbia has 12% HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) added to all orders. Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland have 13% HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) added to all orders. Quebec has 9.5% QST (Quebec Sales Tax) added to all orders. These applicable tax rates are subject to change.

International Deliveries

We can ship anywhere in the world. Please contact our Customer Service Department to arrange for this special service.

Product Availability

We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. We will notify you directly in the event that a product’s availability date changes. Please contact Customer Service for additional information.

Rates

Furniture Delivery

Furniture and select non-furniture items require special quotes based on your order. We do our best to get you the best rate at the time of shipping based on the items you have purchased. Contact Customer Service to receive a shipping quote if you are ordering multiple large items. Most of the furniture items include delivery inside your home, where experienced white glove delivery service providers will carefully unpack and inspect each item, place it in your room of choice, and provide assembly and remove packing material.

Standard Delivery Shipping

Accessories, Lighting and small items will be charged a shipping fee based on the total value of these items, which determines your shipping rate.

2nd-Day & Next-Day Rush

For an additional fee, some items can be rushed. Please call our Customer Service Department to arrange this. Rush delivery is not available for furniture, APO/FPO addresses, PO boxes, or Canada.

Shipping Surcharge

This additional charge is listed with the product price on the product details page and in the cart.

Payment

Additional shipping surcharges may apply to some large and heavy items. This amount is listed at the item level on the individual item product detail page and will be added to your delivery charges.

Pricing Policy

All prices in our store and online are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
